Heavy Duty Pure Stainless Steel Hub Set for Agarbatti Machine

The Hub Set is an important mechanical component used in the forming section of an agarbatti making machine.

It is fitted at the front section of the piston assembly and provides the required mounting/connection point for the Rocket and Die.

During the agarbatti manufacturing process, prepared agarbatti masala is moved through the machine toward the piston and forming assembly. The Hub Set holds the required forming components in their correct position so that the Rocket and Die can perform their function of shaping the masala around the bamboo stick.

The Hub Set is therefore an important connection and support component between the piston assembly and the Rocket/Die forming section.

How Does the Hub Set Work?

The basic working arrangement can be understood as:

Masala → Bowl → Farfari → Piston → Hub Set → Rocket + Die → Bamboo Stick → Finished Agarbatti

1. Masala Feeding

Agarbatti masala enters the machine through the bowl.

2. Masala Movement

The Farfari helps move the masala toward the piston section.

3. Piston Movement

The piston pushes the masala forward toward the forming section.

4. Hub Set Connection

The Hub Set is fitted at the front of the piston assembly and provides the mounting arrangement for the Rocket and Die.

5. Rocket and Die

The Rocket and Die are fitted into the Hub Set and work together to form the agarbatti masala around the bamboo stick.

6. Finished Agarbatti

The shaped masala comes out around the bamboo stick as the machine continues the production process.
