Farfari (Swapping Vane) for Agarbatti Machine
The Farfari, also known as a Swapping Vane, is an important rotating mechanical component used inside the bowl of compatible agarbatti making machines.
Its primary function is to pick up and move the agarbatti masala from inside the bowl toward the piston section.
During machine operation, the Farfari continuously rotates inside the bowl. As it moves, it catches and transfers the agarbatti masala toward the piston. The piston then pushes the material forward to the forming assembly, where the masala is formed around the bamboo stick to produce the finished agarbatti.
Because the Farfari is involved in continuous masala movement, a properly manufactured and correctly fitted Farfari is important for smooth machine operation.
